The Chef's Roast
This Fall, some of Nora Pouillon’s biggest fans and many of the tremendous chefs she has inspired will gather to honor Nora’s legacy, while poking some fun at her occasional foibles. This will be unlike any DC event you’ve been to. And the proceeds all benefit the Chef Action Network, building the next generation of chefs advocating for policies that support health, nutrition and sustainability. What better way to honor Nora Pouillion’s 35 years in operation and decades of leadership in the sustainable food world?
